In 1983,
a small group of Christ followers regularly gathered for Bible study, prayer, and discipleship. This led to actions such as door-to-door evangelism, VBS programs for their local neighborhood, and actively blessing their community through regular service.
Ultimately, this led to the formation of "Cucamonga Christian Fellowship" (CCF) which moved from a living room to a warehouse building on 7th Street to our current building on 5th Street.
No matter the location, God has moved powerfully through this community as churches have been planted, missionaries sent out, pastors ordained, and people who have come to know, love, and follow Jesus.
Over the years, the mission and vision of CCF have changed, but the ministry has held a common theme of evangelism, discipleship, justice, caring for the poor and needy, pursuing the supernatural move of God, and partnering with local and global ministries to be a blessing.
In 2025, CCF became "Commission Church" as the Lord spoke clearly to leadership and our community about moving into a new season of ministry. Although the name has changed, the foundation that has been established is still honored, and the pursuits are still the same: to love God, love people, and make disciples.
We are Commission Church.
We have a rich history of ministry and we believe the best is still yet to come.
